It’s always nice to receive a card through the post, or a nice email or text message. It shows someone is thinking about you and appreciated you enough to take the time to reach out and be a blessing to you.
Proverbs 11:25 says ‘The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself’ (NKJV).
This scripture reminds us of the principle of sowing and reaping. If you are a blessing, you will be blessed. Not that we do it for that reason, but it becomes a natural consequence of our actions. How rich our lives would be if we decided to do just one thing to bless another person each day. You might find a blessing buddy to come up with ideas of how you both be a blessing, knowing that God’s love is being expressed through both of you. Try it today!

Prayer Father, show me who I can be a blessing to – today, and how to bless them, Amen.
Action Point Try and go through the day without doing or saying anything negative, you will feel much better for it.
