Brainstorm For The Kingdom

Carl Brettle

Updated: Feb 18

Creatively thinking and planning for new ventures or projects within a Christian context is essential to effective ministry. Harnessing our God-given talents and ideas to further His work, approaching each project with as much dedication and effort as we would in any other area of our lives.

Proverbs 21:5 (NCV) states, "Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty." Not that it’s about money, but a positive outcome.

Approaching Kingdom projects with the same level of commitment and planning as secular ones demonstrates our reverence for God's work. It’s about stewarding the resources and abilities He has given us to their potential. This commitment to excellence in all we do is a powerful way to witness to others and make a meaningful impact in our communities and beyond. If you fail to plan, you end up planning to fail by lack of preparation.

Quote

If you fail to plan, you are actually planning to fail.
