00398 - Vitamin D

The sun provides numerous benefits to our physical and emotional well-being. Psalm 19:4b-6a says, ‘The sun bursts forth like a radiant bridegroom after his wedding. It rejoices like a great athlete eager to run the race. The sun rises at one end of the heavens and follows its course to the other end.’ (NLT)

Sunlight is a source of vitamin D, which is crucial for healthy bones, immune function, and mental well-being. Exposure to sunlight stimulates the production of serotonin, a hormone that boosts mood and well-being. The sun's warmth and light can uplift our spirits and improve our mental health.

The sun's energy powers various natural processes, such as photosynthesis, contributing to the sustainability and beauty of our planet. A planet which orbits the sun once a year while travelling at 67,000 miles per hour through space. God made the sun, the earth and of course Vitamin D.

Quote God is the conductor of an intergalactic orchestra, He created it all.
