With the events in the world, it’s right to say we are in the end times.
2 Timothy 3:1-4 says, ‘There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.’ (NIV)
We live in the knowledge that we can’t change natural disasters and have little influence over wars. The news and media are also out there, scaremongering as much as possible to sell their papers. Our response to all of this is to focus on the one in whom we can find peace - Jesus. When we find peace in Him, whatever goes on around us will be secondary to the majesty we see in the King of all Kings.
Quote Be less concerned about the News and more focused on Jesus.
