00669 - Live Right

Living right in life from a Christian perspective encompasses several core principles. Micah 6:8 (NLT) succinctly captures this ethos: "The Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God."

This calls for active engagement with the world around us, ensuring that our actions contribute positively to the well-being of others. Loving mercy extends this further, urging us to be compassionate and forgiving, reflecting God's boundless grace and kindness in our interactions.

Walking humbly with God displays a deep, personal relationship with the Lord, acknowledging our dependence on Him for guidance and strength. Humility allows us to recognise our limitations and trust in God's sovereignty, leading us to live lives marked by faithfulness and devotion. We should actively live out the character of Jesus Christ in all we do.
