00657 - What Are Your Ins And Outs?

Reflecting on what has brought us joy and fulfilment and what has led to stress or dissatisfaction is beneficial. Proverbs 16:3 (NLT) advises, "Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed." What a great verse!

Making conscious choices to reduce stress and increase moments of peace will support our emotional and spiritual health. Conversely, identifying sources of unnecessary stress or negativity and actively working to minimise their impact can significantly improve our mental health.

This might mean dedicating more time to relationships that enrich our lives, seeking professional growth opportunities that align with our passions, or establishing a consistent exercise routine that boosts our physical health. Conversely, moving away from toxic relationships, unfulfilling tasks, or sedentary habits can open space for more positive experiences and personal growth. By focusing on these areas, we can create a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle that nurtures our body, mind, and spirit.


Always focus on improving your life in a positive way with God.


Thank You, Lord, for helping me change the negatives into positives. Amen.
