Living an ethical life distilled into three guiding principles, as outlined in Micah 6:8 (NKJV): "He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?”
Firstly, 'to do justly' means acting reasonably and upholding integrity. Whether in business, relationships, or daily interactions, this calls for an unwavering commitment to justice.
Secondly, 'to love mercy' involves embracing compassion and kindness and actively seeking ways to demonstrate God's love through our actions. It’s extending forgiveness to those who wrong us and offering help to those in need.
Lastly, 'to walk humbly,’ This humility shapes how we view ourselves and others, reminding us that all we are and have comes from God. It’s about living a life of gratitude. By embodying these points, we honour God and live an ethical life.
