Jeremiah 29:11 is proof that God believes in you, that He has a plan and a hope for your future. In our busy lives we are often the hinderance to that hope, because we might not believe it ourselves.
When life throws a curve ball, or we feel circumstances are so bad that we can’t handle them, hope is the last thing on our mind. Yet the verse is still there in plain text. For many this verse has been a life saver, something to fall back on in a time of trouble. We may need to fight our thoughts into submission, in order to take hold of this wonderful promise.
No matter what you are going through, you still have a hope and a future, God wants to build you up, not harm you, but give you a prosperous future. So, keep going, don’t give up; you’ll make it.
Quote
Sometimes, God believes in you more than you believe in yourself.
Prayer
Thank You for your patience with me. Even though times may be tough,
Your promise for my future is filled with hope, Amen.
Action Point
Why not pray and send someone a little written card, to remind them that there is hope in God, to hang on in there, it will be OK.
