Jesus, We Worship You

There is such a promise in Philippians 2:10-11. ‘that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow….. and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord….’ (NIV).

We owe Jesus so much that our heart should sing. He went to the cross for us that we might be reconciled to the Father beyond our sinful nature. That act of sacrifice has brought us back into relationship with God, for that we rejoice and worship Him.

When we consider how our lives might be without Him, lost to sin, no purpose, wandering aimlessly through life, it’s no wonder that it’s easy to Worship Jesus, as the song says ‘take my life and let it be consecrated Lord to Thee. Take my moments and my days, let them flow in ceaseless praise’, that says it all. Take a moment today just to worship Jesus for what He has done for us.

Quote The act of Worship is the ultimate recognition of what He has done for us.

Prayer Lord thank you for sending your son Jesus to die for me, thank you I am free to worship and no longer bound by sin.

Action Point It’s always worth while to take a little time to study who Jesus is, in the Bible.
