Psalm 143:10 says ‘Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing’ (NLT). It’s reassuring to know David was as much in need of the Holy Spirit then as we are today.
Most of us don’t live life on the spiritual side of the fence, we just get on with life and trust things will work out. Yet there is an ever-present expression of God with us each day, there as a comforter but also to bring us into all truth. His job is literally to help us be the best Christians we can be.
The best way to build relationship with the Holy Spirit is to ask Him to reveal Himself to you and for you to then follow what He says to do, you’ll be amazed the difference it will make in your Kingdom journey.
