00173 - Arise, shine for your light has come

Updated: Mar 10, 2023

There is a such a promise for Israel in Isaiah 60, the chapter is full of hope and light. The chapter opens with ‘Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you…’. (NIV) We are a people not a country, that same promise applies to us.

With this wonderful promise, we know as Christians God would like to see that same thing happen in our lives, why wouldn’t he. Sometimes we get so immersed in our circumstance and trouble, we forget God is on our side!

It requires some faith to believe God can change our own situation, bring a loved through to faith, see healing etc. Believing that God can do the thing you need, is when His Glory shines upon you and you see a glimpse of the Kingdom of God working in your life. Keep believing in Faith - He’s coming.

Hidden inside of you is the full potential of God.

Lord, thank you that you want the best for me, that there is hope, and a future, Amen.

Action Point
