Angels rejoice over significant moments that reflect God's love and redemption. One of the most beautiful instances is when a sinner repents and turns back to God. Luke 15:10 (NCV) says, "In the same way, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God when one sinner changes his heart and life.” What a verse.
Angels also rejoiced at the birth of Jesus, announcing His arrival to the shepherds with great joy. Their declaration of "Glory to God in the highest" in Luke 2:14 demonstrates the heavenly celebration of God’s plan for salvation unfolding on earth. Their rejoicing reminds us of the joy that God's love and redemption bring.
These instances encourage us to see how valuable each soul is to God—knowing that angels celebrate our spiritual victories and repentance can inspire us to live faithfully and share the gospel, bringing more joy to heaven.
