Living Out The Great Commission

Carl Brettle

Updated: Feb 22

Living out the Great Commission in our modern world means sharing the message of Jesus in our everyday lives. Jesus instructed us to "go and make disciples of all the nations" Matthew 28:19 (AMP), and this command is as relevant today as it was 2,000 years ago. Our modern world has unique opportunities to reach people through technology, social media, and diverse communities.

In today's busyness, we can live out the Great Commission by building genuine friendships with those around us. Sharing faith through acts of kindness, listening to others, and offering prayer. Use social media to spread the gospel, posting encouraging messages and sharing stories of faith.

Engaging in community service and participating in local outreach are practical ways to demonstrate Jesus’ love. By living authentically and being a positive influence, we can make a significant impact, fulfilling the Great Commission daily and inspiring others to follow Christ.
