Think Right

Carl Brettle

Updated: Feb 21

Our thoughts shape our actions and, consequently, our path in life. As believers, the Bible should be our ultimate guide, providing wisdom, even when its teachings challenge our comfort zones. Romans 12:2 (NCV) underscores this, advising, "Do not be shaped by this world; instead be changed within by a new way of thinking. Then you will be able to decide what God wants for you; you will know what is good and pleasing to Him and what is perfect."

Embracing the Bible's teachings in these challenging moments will grow our spiritual walk. As we surrender our will to God and seek His understanding above our own.

Thinking right helps us navigate life's complexities, making sure that our choices are informed by a Godly perspective rather than fleeting emotions or societal pressures. Making the Bible our cornerstone establishes a firm foundation that guides us toward righteous living and eternal truths.

Quote
