Life can sometimes feel like a torrent that threatens to overwhelm us. During such seasons, when the climb seems steep and the burdens heavy, it’s the art of taking one day at a time that becomes our silent anthem. Psalm 29:11 (NCV) says, “..the Lord blesses his people with peace.”.
The recognition that life is sometimes hard is not a defeatist attitude; it’s a testament to human resilience, a reminder that endurance is often born in the crucible of persistent struggle.
This approach reminds us of Matthew 6:34 (NCV), which says,"So don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will have its own worries. Each day has enough trouble of its own”. Taking life one day at a time is a grace we extend to ourselves, acknowledging that while we may not conquer all our challenges, yet, we progress, step by step, until the season changes and things improve.
