The Expectation Of New Birth

Carl Brettle

Updated: Feb 18

The expectation of new birth, be it in the literal sense or the inception of a new project or Christian ministry, is filled with a profound sense of excitement and anticipation. The beginning of any new endeavour is a time of hope and optimism, looking forward to the possibilities.

Isaiah 43:19 (NKJV) says, "Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert." This verse speaks of God's power to bring forth newness and transformation, even in the most unlikely circumstances.

Embarking on a new project or ministry is akin to witnessing the miracle of new life. In these moments of new birth, we find ourselves in the heart of God's creative power, participating in the ongoing story of creation and renewal. God be with you today, Amen.

New birth always brings excitement and adjustment in equal measure.
