B  Finally! A God Who Communicates. with Irene Simmons, veteran Bible teacher and ESL teacher in Japan. She will return from Idaho to share. Is it possible to hear from God? How does He communicate? Is your relationship a dialogue or a monologue? Let’s examine this mysterious aspect of spirituality: a communicative God.

C  A Biblical Approach to Parenting offered by Rosie Kwak, an ordained Presbyterian pastor, wife, and mother. The gift of unconditional love is what we all want to give our children so they can thrive and flourish and know the love of Christ. Sometimes parents forget that they have the best “how to” book ever written to help them raise their children: The Holy Bible!

D  Trusting in God’s Provision on a Daily Basis- led by Josie Coleman, a Brit who has a husband, two young children, and a thriving business. The Lord’s name, Jehovah Jirah means literally, “The Lord will provide.” As a Christian living in the 21st century, what does it mean to life a life of faith believing in God’s  provision for us materially, emotionally, and spiritually? How can we be more than conquerors over all the challenges in trusting God in our daily lives?

E   Communicating Christ Through Cultural Music and the Arts, offered by Roberta King, on the faculty at Fuller Seminary, and a specialist in ethnic music around the world. Throughout the scriptures we are told “to make known among the nations what God has done.” Music and the arts are key ways to proclaim the glory of the Lord. The question is How do we make Christ known among different ethnic groups and among the nations? This workshop examines ways cultural music can impact people’s lives around the world and in our own backyards. It will include international instrument demonstrations and learning to sing some global songs.

F    How to Make Healthy and Wise Decisions in Dating- led by Gina Sunukjian, who is the wife of a pastor and has three small children. Her background is in health and sexuality education.  Take some time this morning to think about when, who, and how you choose to date. Gina will give godly wisdom to help you be more intentional about the men you choose.

G   Hope, Help, and Healing will be led by Anita Swanson. 
She has a background in medicine, writing, speaking, theatrical experience, and comes up with entertaining, common sense and Biblical answers of help, hope, and hangin’ on in the aftermath of verbal, physical, and mental abuse

H    Dancing to the Glory of God under the direction of Avrielle Corti and Maran McLeod. This workshop is specifically geared to junior girls and will instruct them in graceful body movement,
keeping time with music, and  worshipping while moving. Avrielle and Maran are young, accomplished, and well trained dancers.
